WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
social media assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and publish posts across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other platforms

  • Create original content — photos, graphics, and videos

  • Edit videos and design graphics that fit our brand voice

  • Build and maintain our ShopMy and Amazon storefronts — curating product links, organizing collections, keeping recommendations up to date, and posting about sales

  • Track our affiliates and manage posting on their behalf — keeping their content scheduled, on-brand, and on time

  • travel to events with amy to capture content (photos, video, behind-the-scenes)

  • Track engagement, data, and analytics on which posts are performing

  • strategize and brainstorm ways to grow across platform

  • Keep up with content calendar & posting schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Local to Houston

  • able to travel as needed

  • Experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools

  • Comfortable with video editing and graphic design software (e.g., CapCut, Canva)

  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and posting schedules at once

  • A good eye for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines

  • Bonus: familiarity with affiliate/creator platforms like ShopMy, Amazon Associates, and analytics tools

OTHER:

  • Computer or laptop and reliable internet connection is required.

  • phone for shooting content required.

  • This is a full-time position.
