WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) to join our integrative and holistic wellness team. This role is ideal for a practitioner skilled in both nutritional therapy and functional lab analysis. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one with clients to address root causes of dysfunction through dietary, environmental, supplemental, and lifestyle interventions, supported by lab-based data. The ideal candidate will also review and analyze labs for members. This is a client-facing position that requires a blend of clinical insight, attention to detail, compassionate support, and flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth client assessments including health history, nutrition and lifestyle analysis, environmental analysis, supplemental analysis, symptom burden questionnaires, and functional testing.

  • Analyze and interpret lab results from tests such as stool tests, hormone tests, food sensitivity panels, blood chemistry, and others.

  • Create personalized nutrition, environment, supplement, and lifestyle protocols based on client goals and lab findings.

  • Educate clients on nutritional therapy principles, dietary modifications, environmental toxins, and root-cause healing strategies.

  • Monitor client progress, adjust protocols as needed, and provide ongoing support via email, text, or follow-ups via zoom.

  • Maintain accurate client records in our system.

  • Collaborate with other practitioners.

  • Order and manage functional lab tests including pre-test preparation, sample submission guidance, and results delivery.

  • Stay current on research and continuing education in functional nutrition, chronic illness, and lab interpretation.

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, client, group, and member discussions, retreats, and events.

  • Ensure compliance with state and national scope of practice guidelines. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) from the Nutritional Therapy Association (or similar accredited holistic nutrition program).

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of client-facing experience in nutritional therapy, functional nutrition, or a related field.

  • Advanced training or demonstrated experience in interpreting functional lab tests.

  • Working knowledge of supplements and natural health protocols.

  • working knowledge of environmental toxins and healthy swaps.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly action steps.

  • Proficiency with adobe, microsoft word, zoom, and email.

  • A compassionate, root-cause-focused, and bio-individual approach to health.
