If you cancel your Root subscription within twenty-four (24) hours of your initial purchase and have not received any lab testing services, we will provide you with a full refund of your subscription fee. After twenty-four (24) hours from your initial purchase have passed or after you receive lab testing services in connection with your subscription, whichever comes first, you will no longer be eligible for a refund of any service or subscription fee. Put another way, we do not provide any refunds for your subscription fee, unless the request is made within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel Your annual subscription, You may request to do so at any time. However, please note that in order to avoid being charged for the next year, You must notify the Company of your request to cancel at least one business day before your next bill date. Once We process your cancellation request, You will no longer be charged. Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so please make sure to cancel at least 1 business day prior to Your upcoming billing date.
Should you request a cancellation, you will have one business day before your cancellation date to withdraw your cancellation request.
If you would like to cancel your Membership, please fill out the cancellation request form or send the following e-mail to root@amymigdalia.com:
I understand that by canceling, I will be removed from any and all online access to root, will lose access to my root portal, will lose access functional lab testing, and will lose access to all content, including resources, protocols, etc. but I am still bound by all ongoing provisions in the root Membership Terms and Conditions which I agreed to.

To access certain features of the Membership, you may need a username and password. You agree to keep your username and password confidential. During the registration process for any service or product, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. If the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided false information, shared your username and password with anyone else, or forwarded any non-public material from the Membership to any other person, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Membership, without refund.
