Check your email
Look for an email from us with a link to set your password. It can take a few minutes to arrive — if you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Log in to your portal
Once your password is set, log in to your ROOT portal. This is your home base for everything in the program.

Watch your first two modules
Start with the Welcome module, then watch the Ordering Functional Labs module.
Important
Inside the Ordering Functional Labs module, submit your lab testing guidance form before ordering any labs. Our practitioners will review it and recommend the right labs for you.
